Example: If we charge you $400.00 for installation then removal and boxing is an additional $200.00 but if we charge you $550.00 and $150.00 of that price is for lights and accessories you will only be charge the $200.00 take down, we don't charge for take down for accessories.

This special is good from November 15th thru December 1st 2007.....   Everyone deserves Christmas lights, we do have a basic lighting package for  one story homes with no higher than a 18 foot peak for around $150.00 with a $75.00 take down. 6 strand maximum for this package (about 120 feet) only C-7 for this package. The price of lights, clips and cords are sold separate.

We can purchase lights and accessories until December 1st then the customer is responsible for light and accessories purchases for your x-mas installation

From December 1st to December 15th.....   Our minimum charge is $250.00 for one story lighting and $350.00 for two story homes which nets up to 15 strands which is typically 150 feet on the roof and 150 feet on the lower level or ground or up to 600 feet for tree lighting. The price there after will run $2.50 a foot for roof lighting ,$1.25 a foot for ground lighting,$.75 a foot for shrubs and bushes and tree lighting up to 15 feet $1.25 a foot up to 24 feet.

Smart Home Services minimum charge for Christmas light installation is $250.00 after December 1st, which nets 5 to 15 strings of regular lights. We are up to 50% cheaper than most X-mas light installers. A typical home takes about seven to twelve strands, with a minimum cost of $250.00 not including the price of light desired. C7's, icicles, mini's, flood lights extension cords and remote timers.

Lights installed above 15 feet will have an additional one time charge of $50.00 with a top height of 30 feet. We are not comfortable at height's over 30 feet.
